• To achieve single ingot single control, each ingot is composed of a number of independent drive motors, multiple motors operate together at different speeds, to achieve spinning yarn needs of various processes.

• Each ingot position can be adjusted independently, each ingot can be used as a proof machine, and each car can do one or more yarns according to demand.

• High speed and high yield, easy operation, maximum spinning speed up to 80m/min.

• In addition to the production of conventional monochromatic yarns, this model can be selected with multi-color (2, 3, 4, etc.) feeding device for the production of multi-color (2, 3, 4, etc.) gradient, segment color yarn.

• This machine can be configured with a wool spray set, which can spin wool spray yarn after installation and adjustment.

• This model only have single layer for fluffing or air knitting.
