BCMYZ Draw Frame

Application:
• This machine suitable for the blending and drafting of cotton,wool,linen,synthetic fibers,and blended long and short fibers ranging from 22 to 126mm in length,making different fibers more uniform,straight,and parallel in mixing.
• This machine have two models, first model do not include autoleveller, second model include autoleveller. Usually one line need at least two sets draw frame to draft the sliver twice, most customer choose the process: the first set draw frame use normal configuration without autoleveller, second set use autoleveller model, then can get good draft result and the sliver will be more even than normal process.

1.This machine system is controlled by the AFT036AB series microcomputer, using an ARM core as the CPU microcomputer,ensuring stable and reliable operation with strong anti-interference ability.

2.In order to ensure the yarn quality of the drawing machine at high speed,infrared monitoring is used to monitor faults such as broken bars and stuck flowers,which can record the output of each shift,total output,and can set the length of the cylinder.This makes the fault self-diagnosis function of the drawing machine intelligent. High quality and reliable components and new control technology ensure the continuous operation of the drawing machine with high reliability.

3.This machine adopt draft structure --- top 4 rollers & bottom 3 rollers, can get stable drafting result, the finished sliver quality is stable.

4.This model drawing frame is the only one which can be suitable for nearly all kinds fibers in the market, no matter the short fiber or the long fiber, all cover.
