FB1268 Carding Machine
Characteristics
1.This machine adopts PLC control system.
2.Machine structure is two sections, one section adopt roller type carding, another section adopt flat cover type carding.
Roller type carding section can be suitable for some mixed fibers, it can give two good result: better fiber mixing and high output;
The flat cover type carding section can give good card result, and can make the sliver much even, at same time, because the cylinder position is higher than normal flat cover type carding machine, so the the cylinder speed can be increase higher and can get higher output.
So after combined these two sections, the carding machine can be used for most kinds fiber in market.
3.It adopt all cover and air dust suction system.
4.The feed machine adopt autoleveller system, can control the feeding speed automatic according to the feeding weight difference.
5.The feed machine is also combined machine, it include vibration structure and air compress system, it can mix different fibers deeply, and can let the fiber feeding quantity is very even, finally the sliver from carding machine will be more even.
