1.Roller speed and twist of yarn and yarn tension can be set by the HMI to achieve stepless adjustment, process adjustment is convenient and fast;

2.This machine is driven by servomotor and synchronous belt transmission, which is stable and precise, with low breakage rate and high yarn quality.

3.Own independent intellectual property rights,double grinding wheel design，fluff is more uniform，spinning faster.

4.Fan optimization design，with silencer，lower noise，more energy-saving.

5.Optional travelling blow and suction fan，the environment is cleaner.

6.The tension of yarn can be controlled in segments, and can be adjusted freely.

8.This machine can be also made based on single layer, each spindle use one grinding stone, it can reduce the price and cost, can match with different customer’s requirement.

9.There is no standard with the quantity of spindle, can be made according to customer’s need. Usually maximum spindle quantity of one set machine is 144spindles.
