1.This machine adopt many small raising rollers which are winded flexible metal wire, can provide many raising small rollers and suitable for different yarns at same time;

2.This machine is driven by servomotor and synchronous belt transmission, which is stable and precise, with low breakage rate and high yarn quality.

3.This machine can be made customized with different spindles, it depends on customer’s need, each section include 7 spindles.

4.This machine structure can be adjusted easily for the tension of yarn, it can be controlled and adjusted freely.

5.Operator can adjust all parameters in touch screen, so operation is very easy and fast.

6.Each raising roller, after take dynamic balance treatment, it can reduce the vibration of the whole machine, at same time, it can greatly increase the speed of hair raising.

7.All spindles installed same standard, can get even and same yarn tension, it is stable and precise, with low breakage rate and high yarn quality.

8.Yarn raising process is inside the elastic wire after adjust the yarn tension, it get the hairiness by the rub inside the elastic wire.
