Characteristics
1.This machine adopts PLC control system from Siemens to precisely control the transmission and work.
2.All parameters can be set,amended,stored and shown by PLC and human-machine operation.
3.To makes sure the synchronous start stop by optimizing front drive,adopting electronic cam lift,the parts and the belts in high quality.It can produce the fancy yarns in stable quality and forming with constant running speed.
4.All drafting device are assembled as same standard.
5.All drafting assemblies composed by inverter control, it is not only convenient for the machine adjustment,but also to enable the roller change speed the variety of the fancy yarns and meanwhile is good in stability and high production capacity.
6.A wide variety of effect yarn(roving) can be fit.
7.The core roller provides good stability to from twisting yarn. The ring and loop from the hollow spindles binding.
8.This model is suitable for longer fiber, from 65mm to 120mm, after change the configuration, can be also used for short fiber, from 22mm to 65mm, customer can choose according to their need.
