October 2024: Qizheng Textile Machinery Achieves Great Success at ITMA ASIA 2024 in Shanghai
As the largest producer of fancy yarn equipment in China, Qingdao Qizheng Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. achieved remarkable success at ITMA ASIA 2024 in Shanghai.
Our key exhibits are Fancy Yarn Machines, including:
the advanced yarn Fluffing Machine (Model number: ZKM23);
the Roving Machine for long and short staple fibers (Model number:FC479);
attracted widespread attention from domestic and international clients and industry experts. The yarn Fluffing Machine is a world-first and innovative piece of equipment developed by us, enables direct production from roving to yarn, effectively helping customers improve production efficiency and reduce operating costs. The roving machine for long and short staple fibers is the first product we created and developed internationally. The redesigned drafting structure is suitable for spinning a wider range of fibers, with a fiber length of 30-102mm, suitable for spinning: cotton, wool, linen, polyester, acrylic, nylon and other types of fibers.
During the exhibition, customers came to our booth in a continuous stream every day. We demonstrated to them how the equipment operated and produced yarn and roving samples on site for them. We obtained numerous orders and established cooperation intentions with clients from China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Americas, especially customer from Turkey. After the exhibition, our foreign customers also visited the factories of our domestic customers. Many customers were very interested in our equipment, not only the machines we displayed on the exhibition, but also other machines, such as yarn raising machines, yarn sanding machines and winding machines and etc. Many customers highly appreciated the equipment's innovative technology and reliability. This participation not enhanced the company's global influence but also laid a solid foundation for future market expansion.
