April 2024: Qingdao Qizheng Textile Machinery Achieves Breakthrough in Turkish Market
Qizheng Textile Machinery successfully delivered the first batch of fancy yarn fluffing machines to Turkey on March 25, 2025, the and started production in April, 2025. Equipments has been operating stably and efficiently, meeting all design specifications and earning high customer satisfaction.
At the client's invitation, our team visited Turkey in late April to visit our customers. Based on the client's full trust in us, during the visit, the client not only gave us a warm reception but also allowed many other local textile enterprises to visit the client's workshop for inspection and observation of the equipment operation on the spot. The yarn Fluffing Machine is a world-first and innovative piece of equipment developed by us. It eliminates numerous steps, including ring spinning, fancy twisting, sanding, and raising, enabling direct production of roving into hairiness fancy yarn. It can produce a wide variety of fancy yarns, including solid colors, blended colors, and gradients. Furthermore, it can be equipped with spraying and sanding functions to meet the diverse needs of various customers for fancy yarns. Many customers bring their own raw materials for on-site sample making and are extremely satisfied with the samples. Our winding machine is high speed Precision winding machine, the spindle speed of the machine can reach 12000 RPM, which greatly improves the efficiency of the line compared with the traditional line machine. The advanced technology and reliable performance impressed all visitors.

During our trip to Turkey, we also visited other new and potential customers. The site visit yielded significant commercial results. We secured new orders not only for Fancy Yarn flocking machines but also for other flagship products during the demonstrations.
